This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Lahore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with the channel partners, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Must have experience in student recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and verbal
- Experience with Education industry is a plus.
- Experience with international sales or working with a global team is a plus.
