We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join TCL Global, UK branch office. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the digital needs of our recruitment processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the security, reliability, and performance of our IT systems while aligning technology initiatives with our company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, troubleshoot any technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Plan and execute technology upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements to support the agency’s operations.
Software and Application Management:
- Manage and support the agency’s software and applications, including CRM systems, student management platforms, and other recruitment-related tools.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to implement and integrate software solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Conduct regular assessments and updates to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
Data Management and Security:
- Implement and enforce data management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Safeguard the agency’s data integrity and security through robust backup and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify data-related requirements and implement suitable data management solutions.
IT Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff members, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on IT systems, applications, and best practices.
- Develop user documentation and guides to assist staff in utilizing technology effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the education or recruitment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and data security.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, student management platforms, and recruitment-related software is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and experience in implementing data management best practices.
