TCL Global is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner. 
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries. 
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings and conferences. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed. 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of visitor information.  


  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applications. 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
